This card is for today's featured stamper challenge. The featured stamper is chelemom. The card I chose is TLC160 by chelemom at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the same stamp image and the same layout, did some sewing too. I changed the colors, left the ribbon off and moved the sentiment.
The pattern paper is from MME, Bohemia collection. The large white panel I stamped first with Well Worn Words in blush blossom, ran it through the cuttlebug in the diamonds in the rough embossing folder and then rolled Rough Around the Edges in cranberry crisp after rolling once on scrap paper (I didn't want it so dark). The panel that has forever on it I versamarked with the flowers from Reason to Smile set. Forever and the butterfly are stamped in cranberry crisp. The butterfly panel is sponged first with apricot appeal and then cranberry crisp. The flowers are punched with both sets of flower punches out of the patterned paper. The flowers are also sponged because the paper tore a little after being punched (maybe this happens with thinner patterned paper?).
I really liked this card of Chelemom's. Hers really stands out with the ribbon, the elements on the butterfly image and the felt flowers!!
Thanks for looking.
